I felt that at times, there was a lot of noise going on. For example, the music is playing, there is commentary, and there is also the audio from the original clip. In general, the music is playing really loudly and is distracting from the commentary. It's great to hear people give answers/opinions and see them at the same time. I believe there were only two clips of guys answering the question while the rest of the answers were just playing with clips of pictures in the background. If you could insert more clips of people answering (instead of just their voice), maybe a couple of women, then it would help people focus more on what they are saying and connect with them better.

Pretty solid little video here, decent editing. I would suggest the use of a little more on-screen text (appearing in a box at the bottom of the screen, overlaid on the live-action videos taken) that further explains the project. Based on what I saw, I'm pretty sure I know what the project entailed - making the trail nicer, building a better lodge - but I don't have any details on the specifics. Also, the voiceover "testimonials" were a nice touch, but I was curious as to why only two of them showed the speaker, while the others simply ran anonymously over shots of the lodge in progress. I think seeing the people's faces would be a little better and make it more personal. And finally, I didn't really understand the connection between the professional skier at the beginning of the video and the whole project - is the run named after him? Would help to make that clear.

I'm a joyous Olympics geek, so a video that emphasizes the connection to the Olympics will always get my attention. I liked the background music and the overall vibe of the video. I don't know much about skiing and I've never visited a ski resort, but it sounds like the project has been a success and involved a large community of volunteers, which makes it very appealing.
